Individuals
Gail works with individuals to
increase their effectiveness and self-awareness. This results in
stronger relationships and increased ability to realize their goals.
She uses a variety of methods:
Coaching
- Co-Active Coaching
Co-active coaching involves
weekly or bi-monthly meetings, either in person or by phone. The
coach's role is to help the individual make powerful changes in
their life and work, by shedding light on the real issues, by
giving them the tools to deal with those issues, and then
providing an accountability structure so that what the client
wants gets done.
- Shadow Work Coaching
Shadow Work coaching is a one
or two day intensive process which allows the client to put all
the internal limiting factors and voices out on the floor in a
very visual, experiential way. Once they are exposed, the client
can easily see where they originated, and make a decision as to
whether or not those voices still serve them. The client leaves
with an intellectual understanding, an emotional healing, and an
action plan.
- Breakthrough Retreats
Breakthrough Retreats are done
in small groups approximately twice a year, by invitation only.
Participants start by looking at their life as it is and as they
would like it to be, and analyze the gap. Each participant has the
opportunity to do a process piece, where they put all the voices
they hear around that gap out on the floor, in order to see where
the voices came from, and to decide whether those voices still
serve them. As in Shadow Work Coaching, everyone leaves with an
intellectual understanding, an emotional healing, and an action
plan. |
