Strategic planning should always be done with the group that will implement the plan. For one thing, they know where the pitfalls are. For another, it creates buy-in.  We will faciltate the session, and train you on how to hold  monthly implementation meetings.  Our method results in a short, living document that is updated monthly and gets measurable results.  The process:
